The sofa arrived in good condition. Packaging was top tier. It's exactly as promoted on their Instagram, comfort, durablity and looks wise. Delivery was long but as expected for international sea shipping. Overall, Im satisfied with the purchase. Definitely would encourage others to buy as well.
This sofa is incredibly comfortable, and the extendable feature is so smooth and silent, also perfect for extra leg rest. It arrived in great condition, thanks to the solid wooden packaging.
The shipping did take a while, but the Rigstudio team was awesome at keeping me updated with tracking and making sure everything went smoothly. Totally worth the wait, highly recommend!
This extendable sofa is perfect!! The upholstery is really good, it looks amazing in my living room, and the extendable feature is super handy and smooth. It’s super comfy and easy to set up. The delivery took a while, but it was definitely worth the wait. The packaging was excellent, really durable with wooden boxes, so everything arrived safely with no damage. Very satisfied with my new sofa. The leather is soft and looks amazing in my living room. I love the extendable feature, it’s so handy when I need extra space to relax or have guests over. It’s comfortable, easy to clean, and super easy to set up. Overall, it’s great. Definitely recommend!
I purchased this couch as there wasn't anything I could find like it in Australia, I was a little worried at first as it was a lot of money and hadn't been able to touch or feel and being international, was a little worried about that.
But the team at Rig Studio did everything they said they would, shipping took time but as to be expected from any international purchase.
Very happy with the finished product, works perfectly and is comfy.
