The sofa is in extremely good condition. It’s obvious that they put a lot of attention to details and materials. We’re extremely grateful that we made the right choice. Even though the waitin process was a little long and worrisome, but after all we’re super happy with the sofa and how everything in our space come together!
I’m satisfied in every way! The customer service was great, and the delivery and installation team were very diligent. The thing I’m most happy with is the sofa, it looks amazing! The craftsmanship and attention to detail are spot on. Very pleased overall!!!
I compared many stores before buying this popular sofa. Most of them used stolen images, and the actual product was disappointing and looked nothing like the pictures. Rig studio did a great job, and I even chose the fabric after receiving the sample swatches. I've been procrastinating on finishing the renovation, so the sofa is the only thing in the living room for now. Just wanted to share a quick photo. The dark green is really beautiful!
The sofa came in 2 wooden boxes and was extremely secure. We were so amazed by the quality and service of the team!
I waited two months for the sofa, and it was definitely worth the wait. The team in Singapore was incredibly helpful, providing free white-glove service. They unpacked the sofa, set it up, and even removed all the packaging for us. I'm truly impressed with both the service and the quality. The sofa is absolutely perfect for us!
